Shooting and editing is all done with High Definition Digital, yielding superb quality and giving maximum flexibility. We use a steadicam and mini-jib to achieve the greatest mobility and and quality of shot from what would normally be nightmarish circumstances. You wont get those shaky hand-held shots or an endless amount of tripod panning from us. Digital recording equipment also allows our live presenters, if needed, to walk and talk through an apartment or any section of a real estate property development.

Our editing workflow is also accelerated, with proof edits of all our real estate video productions available for download within minutes of each cut. You get almost immediate results and can comment on the latest edit from your own office. You can place multiple versions of TV commercials on your computer screen at once to make comparisons.

The final real estate or property presentation can be delivered to you on DVD, as a web movie, on digital betacam, as a DV file or uploaded directly to the TV stations for immediate airing.
